We would like to introduce all of our prospective residents and residents to Pay lease, a program that allows our residents to pay their leasing fees and rent online with a major credit card, debit card.  Our website has a the credit card shaped icon on the homepage just under the "contact us" icon.  First time users will be required to register an account that you will be able to use to make the following payments.  Also, if this is a payment at the time of your move in please be sure to select the security deposit option to make payment on all refundable security deposits. This is to ensure the payment is posted in the correct refundable account.  Application and reservation fees, pet fees and rent payments should be posted to the listed category.  Please be reminded per your lease agreement, that rent is still due on the 1st day of each month, and will be considered late if payment is not received by close of business on the 3rd day of each month.  Also, per your lease agreement no partial payments will be accepted and will be cancelled. 

Lull water at Bass will continue to accept rent payment in the form of personal check, cashiers check, echeck or money
order if this option does not fit your lifestyle.  Otherwise, please feel free to take advantage of the convenience that
Pay lease provides to all of our residents!
